Nutrition for the Treatment of Disordered Eating
Do you find yourself worrying about food, weight and your body?
Do you struggle with disordered eating or find confusion in the “right way” to eat?
Do you “eat right” and “train hard” only to feel fatigued and plagued with injuries?
Nutrition care is a critical component to developing a healthy relationship with food and your body. As a young woman and competitive athlete, Emily battled a life threatening eating disorder. Now recovered, Emily combines compassion, experience, and education with a fun, yet firm approach to nutrition counseling. Emily has been instrumental in helping hundreds of people recover from all forms of disordered eating.

Sessions may include discussions around how you feel about food and your relationship with your body. Actual food intake and activity habits, self-imposed eating and exercise rules, and nutritional requirements for health and fueling life may also be discussed. These sessions can be short or long term and are tailored to the needs of each individual. We meet you where you are in your journey and work as a team with physicians and mental health professionals, as needed, to create lasting change.
